This technical (classroom) training course is designed to introduce the worker to:
- wearing and adjusting a harness,
- use of relaxation straps,
- use of fall-arrest devices (rope grab, retractable lifeline, energy absorber),
- horizontal displacement using a double lanyard,
- using a ladder.
